Turn Around Time
My turn around time for preorders is about 7-14 business days from the day I order all screens and shirts. RTS ship time is 3-4 business days if I have your shirt color in stock and 5-7 business days if I have to order shirt. I order all screens and shirts on Sunday nights of every week. Please be patient as I cannot control the mailing system. I only use approved and verified vendors that I trust! But however, with the pandemic, the mail is sometimes delayed or caught up and can take longer than usual to get to me. I do my best to keep everyone informed, but you can always email or message me if you have any questions or concerns! I strive to get shirts out sooner than expected but I would rather tell you a longer TAT and you be surprised when they arrive early, than it taking longer and then disappoint someone!
Returns And Refunds
I do not except returns on completed shirts. If there is a problem with your shirt, please email me! I try to do everything I can to make you happy, but somethings are out of my control. I will not refund for any mailing delays or damage during shipping. These are things out of my control and I do not refund for things that I am not at fault for.
Shirts Used
The shirts I use are unisex fit shirts unless I state otherwise. The brands are Bella Canvas, Gildan Softstyle, Next Level or Tultex. Right now, there is a shirt shortage and I cannot get some colors in all sizes. If I can’t get the color from the mock up picture in your size, I will contact you and give you the option of similar colors or other color options. If you do not like any of those, I will refund you at that time.
Mock Ups
For the most part, I use mock ups for most of my pictures. These are provided by the vendor. Please note that actual colors of the shirts and screen prints can vary slightly form the mock up picture due to them using filters to make all colors look brighter. I do not refund for slight variations. If a screen is very different from the picture after I press it (because this can happen), I contact my vendor to let them know. An example of this would be a completely different color than what was shown in the mock up or a defect in the screen print. I will then send you a message with a picture of the shirt. I will ask if you still want it, and if you do not, I will refund you at that time.
Hand Made Jewlery, Crochet Items, and Bleached/Tie-died Shirts
All of these items are hand made by me. Because they are hand made, please understand that there will be slight variations from one item to another.
